Reshaping of Lyxor ETF LSE Product Range

Lyxor is reshaping its ETF product range on the London Stock Exchange in response to changing client demand. Lyxor will delist the following 12 ETFs from

the London Stock Exchange on

Tuesday 2nd June 2009 :

Lyxor ETF Russia (DJ RusIndex Titans 10)
Lyxor ETF Turkey (DJ Turkey Titans 20)
Lyxor ETF Hong Kong (HSI)
Lyxor ETF MSCI AC Asia-Pacific ex Japan
Lyxor ETF MSCI Korea
Lyxor ETF Nasdaq 100
Lyxor ETF PRIVEX
Lyxor ETF New Energy
Lyxor ETF FTSE RAFI Europe
Lyxor ETF FTSE RAFI Euro zone
Lyxor ETF FTSE RAFI Japan
Lyxor ETF FTSE RAFI US 1000

The listing will cease on Wednesday 3rd June at market opening. Until this date investors are able to sell their holdings as usual (Tuesday 2nd June will be the last trading date).
The funds will be closed on Friday 5th June and existing holders will be reimbursed, without transaction costs, on the following basis:

Number of units held times the Net Asset Value published for the 2nd June, 2009 (calculated as usual).

Lyxor has seen Assets under Management for its ETF listings on the London Stock Exchange grow to GBP 417 million since May 2007. Most notably the Lyxor ETF FTSE 100 has grown Assets under Management over 41% in just the past 4 months. Lyxor remains committed to meeting the demands of the fast growing ETF market in the UK and plans to list between 15 and 20 new ETFs on the London Stock Exchange annually in 2009, 2010 and 2011.
