The Vanguard USD Corporate 1-3 Year Bond UCITS ETF – EUR Hedged Acc offers investors the opportunity to invest in a global portfolio of fixed income corporate bonds denominated in US dollars. The bonds have a residual maturity of between one year and three years and are predominantly investment grade. Currently, bonds from 38 countries are represented, with the United States being the most represented at around 65 per cent.
The ETF also applies a hedging strategy to minimise the exchange rate risk between the base currency of the index constituents and the euro.
