With the aim of better managing the EasyETF range, BNP Paribas Asset Management has decided to merge the “EasyETF Stoxx Europe 50” fund into the “EasyETF Stoxx Europe 600” fund..

            Therefore, all of the units of the “EasyETF Stoxx Europe 50” fund, i.e. units B “C”, B 1 “C”, A “C” and A “D”, will be absorbed by the sole unit in the “EasyETF Stoxx Europe 600” fund.

            This transaction will result in the automatic dissolution of the “EasyETF Stoxx Europe 50” fund, without having to proceed with liquidation formalities.

            The effective date of the merger is set at 15 April 2011 at 5:35 p.m. Paris time, with subscriptions and redemptions of absorbed units definitively suspended starting 12 April 2011.

            This merger received prior approval from the AMF (French Securities Regulator) on 01 March 2011.
