In his new role, Mr Weeks will now be responsible for most of the Group’s operations, whilst Mr Tuckwell will maintain responsibilities for key corporate matters. Based in London, Mr Weeks has worked with ETF Securities since 2009. With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, he previously held senior positions at UBS, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley.
In announcing Mark Weeks’ promotion, Graham Tuckwell, Chairman and CEO, ETF Securities Limited, said: “For the past four years, Mark has been instrumental in transforming ETF Securities from an entrepreneurial start-up to a strong operating firm which has adopted best of breed internal structures for compliance, risk management and financial reporting.
