to on or around 31 January in each calendar year. The board of directors of the Company has been informed by the Index Sponsor that the rationale for the change is to enhance the process for determining the price of the constituents of the Reference Index on a rebalancing date, as the liquidity of these constituents is expected to be higher on or around 31 January compared to the current annual rebalancing date of on or around 31 December.
For the avoidance of doubt, the recomposition of the Reference Index which would have occurred on 31 December 2013 will now occur on 31 January 2014.
