Fidelity International (Fidelity) has appointed Stefan Kuhn as Head of ETF Distribution, Europe, effective April 1.

In the newly created position, Kuhn will be based in Kronberg, Germany, to expand Fidelity’s European ETF business and further develop its product, marketing and distribution initiatives. He will report to Christophe Gloser, Head of Sales, Continental Europe.
“Stefan Kuhn is a highly experienced ETF expert and knows the European market exceptionally well. Since launching its first ETFs in 2017, Fidelity has continuously expanded its product range and now offers investors twelve active ETFs, including four income-oriented funds and, with the Fidelity Sustainable Research Enhanced Equities ETFs, six actively managed sustainability funds. Through a systematic approach and reliance on Fidelity’s in-house analytics, they are designed to outperform their respective market indexes over the medium to long term.

Stefan Kuhn has more than 23 years of experience in the financial services industry and joins from State Street Global Advisors, where he was most recently Head of SPDR ETFs responsible for the central region Germany/Switzerland/Austria. Previously, he held various positions at Société Générale, BNP Paribas and Morgan Stanley.
