European Sector ETFs are moving to Net Return as of 1 March 2011

Lyxor is changing the Benchmark Indices for ETFs that track the STOXX Europe 600 sector indices. These ETFs currently track Price Return indices (dividends are not reinvested). As of March 1st
, 2011 these ETFs will track the Total Return index (dividends are reinvested), calculated and published by STOXX...

In the event of a distribution of income by ETFs, all or part of the income may be distributed once or several times a year.
Lyxor will then shift part of its equity ETF range to Total Return indices in order to tailor the product offering to changes in market standards and improve our response to investor expectations.
Holders will be notified before these modifications are implemented. The notification will inform holders that Lyxor will not levy any fees for the sale or repurchase of shares of the relevant Funds for a period of three months.
