Transfer of 2 Amundi ETF FCPs into 2 sub-funds of Luxembourg domiciled AIS SICAV from December 13th 2016….

In order to optimize its product range, Amundi ETF decided to transfer 2 French FCPs, AMUNDI ETF MSCI BRAZIL UCITS ETF and AMUNDI ETF FTSE 100 UCITS ETF into the Luxembourg domiciled AMUNDI INDEX SOLUTIONS (AIS) SICAV from December 13th 2016.
A change in the funds’ names from December 13th 2016:
AMUNDI ETF MSCI BRAZIL UCITS ETF will become AMUNDI ETF MSCI BRAZIL sub-fund of the AIS SICAV
AMUNDI ETF FTSE 100 UCITS ETF will become AMUNDI ETF FTSE 100 sub-fund of the AIS SICAV
From December 13th 2016, holders of shares of AMUNDI ETF FTSE 100 UCITS ETF will hold, for the same amount, shares in the AMUNDI ETF FTSE 100 sub-fund to replace their units
From December 13th 2016, holders of shares of AMUNDI ETF MSCI BRAZIL UCITS ETF will hold, for the same amount, shares in the AMUNDI ETF MSCI BRAZIL sub-fund to replace their units
The AMUNDI ETF FTSE 100 and AMUNDI ETF MSCI BRAZIL sub-funds currently exist as a shell and when activated after the absorption of the AMUNDI ETF FTSE 100 UCITS ETF FCP and AMUNDI ETF MSCI BRAZIL UCITS ETF, they will be managed on the same basis as the latter.
This change does not require any action from current holders. Moreover, no charges are incurred, no fee increase and it has no tax impact.
