The Europe SectorTrend UCITS ETF tracks the performance of a dynamic portfolio of equity indices with the aim of achieving a higher return than the European equities market at large in the medium to long term. The fund is based on the “FERI Relative Stärke Europa Strategie” which uses the relative strength indicator. This provides information on how an index develops relative to a benchmark over different periods of time. The strategy includes an index when its short-term strength exceeds its medium-term strength. The strategy calls for the indices it charts to be adjusted each week, at which time, all indices are weighted equally.
