In order to take into account the change in the clients’ demand, BNP Paribas Investment Partners Luxembourg decided to streamline its Fixed Income ETF range by closing three funds: EasyETF iTraxx Crossover, EasyETF iTraxx Europee HiVol and EasyETF iTraxx Europe Main.
Shareholders are informed about the following steps of the liquidation process.
The final day for trading on Euronext Paris will be the 20th of September 2012. The units of the three funds will be permanently suspended from trading on Euronext Paris with effect from 21st of September 2012.
Subscriptions in the Funds by Authorized Participants will be suspended from the 25th of September 2012 (included).
The units of the relevant Funds will be compulsory repurchased on the 1st of October 2012 (Liquidation date).
The NAV of each fund will be calculated for a last time on the 2nd of October 2012 based on the prices of the last prior Trading Day. The proceeds of the compulsory redemption will be distributed on or after the 8th of October 2012.
