CS ETF (IE) on Credit Suisse Global Alternative Energy participates globally in the performance of 30 listed companies from five sectors: natural gas, wind, solar, bioenergy/biomass, geothermal power/hydroenergy/fuel cells/batteries. Credit Suisse Global Alternative Energy Index (CSGAE) was launched by Credit Suisse in January 2007 and consists of the 30 largest companies in the alternative energy industry.
