Source saw higher net cashflows than any other European exchange-traded product (ETP) provider in the second quarter of 2010, according to a recent report by Deutsche Bank . Source was completely dominant in the equity segment of the market, accounting for 63% of net cashflow. The MSCI Emerging Markets Source ETF had the highest inflows of all European ETPs, with the Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 Source ETF in 3rd place……
Source was also the fastest growing ETP provider in Q2 2010 in terms of assets under management. Source’s assets surged by over 60% quarter-on-quarter, making Source the 8th largest provider in Europe, up from 11th position in Q1.
Commenting on Source’s rapidly growing market share, Source CEO Ted Hood said, “European investors deserve a liquid, competitive market and will channel their business towards products and providers that deliver. Source’s unique multi-broker approach is designed to encourage co-operation and competition, leading to highly liquid products and a less fragmented market. Our strong momentum last quarter shows that this approach is compelling.”
