TecDAX®. Due to the takeover of IDS Scheer AG by SAG Beteiligungs GmbH, the free float of the TecDAX member altered by more than 10 percentage points. The company’s free float will thus be reduced according to the index rules from the current 37.08 percent to 11.00 percent.
The adjustment will become effective next Tuesday, 29 September 2009.
The next regular review of the Deutsche Börse equity indices is scheduled for 3 December 2009.
