As for art. 2.3.17 and 4.5.13 of the Rules of the Markets organised and managed by Borsa Italiana and art. IA.8.1.9 of the Instructions accompanying the Rules, starting from March 20th 2009, Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG (Ced 1352) will become the specialist for the ETF mentioned in the object replacing Merrill Lynch International – (Ced 2279).
Specialist obligation: unchanged.
